About PureShine Detailing — one detailer, one standard

I’m Eman. I run PureShine Detailing out of Wembley, and I’m the one who turns up and cleans your car — every time, no exceptions.

Why I started PureShine Detailing

Not because I’m obsessed with cars. Because I couldn’t stand what was happening to them.

I’d watch someone hand a £20,000 car to a cheap hand wash and get it back covered in swirl marks — damage that costs hundreds to machine out and that most owners never even notice until the sun hits it. And I’d see good cars driving round filthy for months, slowly losing value, because their owners were too busy to sort it.

Both of those quietly chip away at what a car is worth. Bad washing and no washing. Most people don’t realise either is happening until they come to sell.

So I built PureShine Detailing to fix it: proper paint-safe detailing, brought to your door, on your schedule. I’m not protecting your car. I’m protecting what you paid for it.

What PureShine Detailing being one person means for you

PureShine Detailing is deliberately small. There’s no unit, no rota, no crew of whoever’s on shift that morning. The person who quotes your car is the person who cleans it and the person who hands it back.

That matters more than it sounds. I know which of my customers has a gravel driveway, whose dog sheds on the back seat, who needs me to text before I arrive because of the baby’s nap. That knowledge is what makes the fourth visit better than the first — and it’s exactly what disappears when a business grows faster than its standards.

It’s also why every quote comes from me, not a call centre, and why the person you message on WhatsApp is the person holding the polisher the next morning. Small has costs — I can’t do three cars at once — but it’s the only way I know to keep the standard identical from the first visit to the fiftieth.

It also means I can only take on so much work. That’s why the membership is capped at 15 people, and why the diary genuinely does fill up before bank holidays. Not a sales tactic — arithmetic.

How PureShine Detailing works

What a visit actually looks like

I arrive in a fully equipped van with my own water and power, so nothing is needed from you. First job is a walk around the car with you if you’re home — or photos if you’re not — so we both know the starting point and you’re never surprised by anything I find.

Then the order of work never changes: wheels and arches first, snow foam pre-wash, two-bucket hand wash, interior while the exterior products dwell, protection last, glass at the very end. That sequence exists for a reason — every step protects the one after it. When I’m done you get a walk-around before I pack up, and the balance is only paid once you’re happy with what you see.

Most jobs take between ninety minutes and six hours depending on the package. I’d rather book fewer cars and finish each one properly than squeeze in one more and rush yours — which is also why the diary sometimes says no. PureShine Detailing runs on repeat customers, and nobody rebooks a rushed job.

I photograph every job, which means my reputation is on permanent display — a 5.0 rating on Google and a gallery full of my own work. If I wouldn’t post it, I don’t finish it.

Where PureShine Detailing covers

Based in Wembley, working across NW London.

Core areas are Wembley, Harlesden, Willesden, Neasden, Sudbury, Kingsbury, Kilburn, Cricklewood, Harrow, Pinner and Ealing, plus the wider boroughs of Brent and Camden. I regularly work in Queen’s Park, Brondesbury, Maida Vale, St John’s Wood, Primrose Hill, Hampstead, Hampstead Garden Suburb and Hendon.

Further out — Watford, Slough and similar — I’ll travel for full details and ceramic coatings.

Because PureShine Detailing is mobile, where I work is really about where the cars are. Some weeks the diary is all Wembley and Harrow; others it’s Ealing, Kilburn and a coating out in Watford. If your postcode is on the edge of the map, ask anyway — for a bigger job the answer is almost always yes.

Not sure if I reach you? Send me your postcode and I’ll tell you straight away.
