Light rain does not affect the result and I work through it. If it is heavy enough to matter I will move you to the next slot that suits — your deposit moves with you.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. More than 24 hours ahead and the deposit moves to your new day at no cost. Inside 24 hours the deposit covers the slot I have held for you.
What if my car is worse than I said?
I will tell you before I start, not after. You decide whether to step up a level or leave it — I never do extra work and bill you for it afterwards.
Is the price the final price?
Yes, for the size and package you picked. The only thing that changes it is you adding something on the day, and that is your call.
